Digital Subscription Refunds

HADAFIN subscriptions are digital services. Access is activated instantly after successful payment.

7-Day Full Refund

If you purchased a subscription and within 7 calendar days have not used any premium feature (no new listings, CRM/ERP actions, A2A posts, etc.), you may request a full refund by emailing help@hadafin.com.

When Refunds Are Not Available

• After subscription features are used (listings, CRM/ERP access, etc.)
• After 7 days from purchase
• Non-refundable PayFast / bank processing fees where applicable

Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
